Step #1: Open Your Project in PhotoShop ~


x Create a new layer and drag it to the bottom.

x Hit "d" to reset the color pallette to default black and white.

x Go to: Filter > Render > Clouds

Step #2: Pixilated Filters ~


x Now go to: Filter > Pixilated > Mosaic. Set Cell Size to 20 squares.

x Now apply Filter > Sharpen

x Hit Ctrl+F about 5 times to reapply the effect.

Step #3: Motion Blur Filter ~


x Now go to: Filter > Blur > Motion Blur

.

Angle: 90 Degree, Distance: 999  

Step #4: Polar Coordinates ~


x Now go to: Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates select Rectangular to Polar

.

Step #5: Lens Flare ~


x Next, go to: Filter > Render > Lens Flare

.

Brightness: 100%, Lens Type: 105mm Prime

x Position the lens in the center of the image

Step #6: Ocean Ripple Filter ~


x Now apply: Filter > Distort > Ocean Ripple

.

Ripple Size: 15, Ripple Magnitude: 5

x Use the round marquee tool and make a selection around the white glow and just leave it.

Step #7: Distortion Filters ~


x Go to: Select > Modify > Feather: 20 pixels

x Then go to: Filter > Distort > Spherize: 100%

x Spherize AGAIN - this time 50%

x Hit Ctrl+D to deselect.

Step #8: Radial Blur Filter


x Apply radial blur: Filter > Blur > Radial Blur amount: 30, Method: Zoom, Quality: Best

x Go to: Image > Adjustments > Color Balance or just hit Ctrl+B

x Play with the colors settings until you get an effect you like.

Step #9: Hue & Saturation


x Also try Hue & Saturation or hit Ctrl+U

Last Step: Save and Attach.


x Save your work, attach it and keep working...
