18 - Transparent Bevel Text - Layer Options in Photoshop ~
Choose the Text Tool
Drag a box & type your text.
You will need large bold text to get the full effect from this tutorial.
Increase the size of your text by dragging like this:
Also make your text White - it helps with this effect...
Step #2: Bevel and Emboss ~
Go to: Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options
Try Bevel and Emboss but try anything and everything.
Step #3: Fill ~
Lastly, lower the Fill on the text layer to 0
Try different Blending Options settings to create a unique style all your own. You can also change the text color to add a distinctive feel.
Last Step: Save and Attach ~
