We Take Trips! Many schools can't - but we pride ourselves on our expeditions to exotic lands to expand our horizons. Here is a partial list of our adventures...


2009 - Ashland Oregon Shakespeare Festival -

A group of 15 students and teachers went to the Shakespeare Festival!

We participated in an Acting Workshop with one of the actors. workshop

We saw four plays in three days!

We saw August Wilson's Fences, The Clay Cart, and two Shakespeare plays; Coriolanus and the delightful production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.

 

 


2008 - Washington DC -

dc capitolWashington DC! In April eight students and two teachers flew from Sacramento to Baltimore, MD and started 7 days of sightseeing and learning about the foundations of our government.

We stayed in Arlington, VA right next to the Arlington National Cemetery, saw the Unknown Solider and changing of the guards, and thanks to the NT PTA, we will had unlimited Metro passes for each student! national monument

Before we returned home we saw the White House, the Senate, the Holocaust museum, the National Geographic museum, the Smithsonian Air and Space, the Spy museum, Mount Vernon, the National Mall and many more.

2007 - Community Service Trip: Guatemala ~


We worked at an Orphanage in the Central American jungle called Casa Guatemala.

2006 - Costa Rica ~


June 6th through the 13th, 2006, ten students and 5 adults went to Gandoca, Costa Rica for the ‘Save the Turtles’ program. Some students had the privilege to help hatch the baby sea turtles and watch them crawl into the ocean.

Overall, the students and teachers agree it was an unforgettable experience.
