Enrollment Procedures:
New Tech is accepting limited applications for the coming school year as space is available. For more information, please call Sarah Folmar at 916-433-2839.
Given that Sacramento New Technology High School is a very unique school, students seeking entrance are asked to shadow a current student for a minimum of 1/2 day in order to ensure complete understanding of the school and its programs. Mondays at 7:30am we hold what is called the Program Overview Meeting. This meeting lasts until 9:00am ending with a short tour of the school.
While New Tech is part of the SCUSD Open Enrollment procedures, priority is given to applicants who turn in completed applications early.

You should attend the Program Overview Meeting as soon as possible and schedule a shadow appointment with a student.
Then, turn in the application before the end of the first semester (Before Dec. 1st) and we will guarantee a spot at New Tech. To obtain an application, download the form or pick one up at the school. Notifications of acceptance will be through the mail.
