Absence and Tardy VerificationUse the online Absence and Tardy Verification Form or, on the day your child is absent or tardy, please call the absence line as early as possible (before 11 a.m.). Dial 557-0389 and press 49# as soon as the message begins. Please leave your child's name, room number or teacher's name, date of absence and/or tardy and the reason. The reason is very important but does not need to be detailed; a simple "S/he is sick today" will suffice.
