CLASS BAKE SALE!
Our class bake sale is scheduled for
Friday, Feb.5,2010
We need adult volunteers to help set up the sale table and sell our baked goods at each of the dismissal times. We ask all families to please bring in your cookies, fudge, brownies, cupcakes, or candy to the office the morning of Feb. 5 for our sale.:-)
Homework
· Our homework sheet is given the first day of the week. Turn in completed work packet on Friday. Read Mon.-Thurs. (at least 20 min. per night). Parents, please sign the green “DIRT” log and return it with the homework packet on Friday.
· Math, reading, spelling, and other assignments may be given throughout the week. Complete math homework Mon.-Thurs. Please check math homework. Spelling tests are given on Friday.
· Turn in assignments on time.
· Projects may be assigned during the year.
· Absences: make up work missed as soon as possible.
Earn our 100% class homework certificate and treat at the end of each trimester!
Thursday Purple folder
· Notices are sent with students in the purple folder.

Corrected work is sent with students in the purple folder.
Keep corrected assignments
and decodable books sent home to practice.
· Parents/Guardians, please sign purple folder and return folder to class on Friday.

Attendance Tardies

It is important that your child attend school, arriving on time every day. If your child will be absent, please call the office or send a note, stating the reason for the absence. If your child is tardy, please check in at the office before coming to our room. For your child’s protection, please send a note or call if there is any change in how your child will be going home. We will not be able to release him/her to anyone who is not listed on the emergency card unless you call the office. For this reason, please notify the office of any changes on the emergency card.
