Jamba Juice cards are available through the PTA. We will have them at the first day coffee and then by request. They are on-hand, registered and ready to use. No activation is necessary by the recipient.

Many times people think of the PTA as a fundraising organization. We like to think of our PTA as an organization with a three goals. Our first and foremost goal is in keeping the arts alive at Phoebe Hearst. In order to accomplish this the PTA has pledged to fully fund the quality art program we have established here on campus. We accomplish this goal by raising funds through an annual jog-a-thon held every Spring where we attempt to raise $20,000.

Our secondary goal is to enhance the education of every student by providing funds to ensure that every class may have the privilege to participate in at least one field trip and by providing funds earmarked for reimbursement of teacher supplies each year. This is accomplished through our Fall fundraiser where we strive to raise $12,000 to keep field trips going throughout the year.

Our third goal is to provide multiple opportunities throughout the year for students, families, and teachers to come together and socialize. Because this is not a neighborhood school, our students come from all areas across the district. That being the case, the PTA believes that it is imperative to provide opportunities for community building and invite you to attend any one of our events to witness our community in action. We invite you to come and be a part of the community that is Phoebe Hearst.
