The Construction, Automotive and Skilled Trades small learning community will build learning experiences where all students become self-motivated, critical thinkers. This partnership will lead students toward a successful future by fostering a culture of industriousness and communication through rigorous academics and integrated projects.
Do you like working outdoors? Do you hate being tied to a desk or a phone? Do you like taking things apart and want to know how to put them back together so they work? Do you want to build things, or learn how to work on cars? The Construction and Skilled Trades SLC is for you.
Electives include carpentry, electronics, plumbing, general construction, automotive mechanics, computer aided drafting and design, internships and apprenticeships.
Careers include auto mechanic, electrician, carpenter, roofer, painter, mason, tile setter, cabinet maker, bike repair.
