The Health and Science small learning community offers students two pathways for exploration in health and the sciences. As active learners and in cooperation with the community, students meet the challenge of making responsible and informed choices for post secondary success.
Do you like working with animals? Are you interested in medicine? Do you like working in the garden or growing plants? Are you interested in sports nutrition and training? The Bioscience and Health SLC is for you.
Electives include environmental science, anatomy and physiology, zoology, plants and animals of California, biochemistry, ecology.
Careers include biologist, ecologist, biotechnology, health, sports trainer, nutritionist, animal care and veterinarian, landscaping, horticulture and agriculture.
