Swimmers will need to be at the pool from 3pm-7:30pm, Timers from 3:30-6:30pm 2/26/09

M/W/F (Wet)- be at the pool at 0540 – 0545 hours to get the covers off the pool in by 0600. Afternoons report immediately to the pool and begin to stretch / change …in the water at 1530 hours.

T/TH (Dry)- be at the Gym at 0545-0555 to stretch / warm up (weights). Afternoons same time. Sat – 0800-1030 hours wet practice **On days with no school- 1 practice at 0700-0930 please be sure you are on our emailer by emailing us at rosemont_swimming@yahoo.com
