Beaches are wonderful on a
warm sunny day.
A place where the ocean and soft breezes play.
We hope you relax in these moments of calmness and joy.
Beaches weather many storms before calm is deployed.
Beaches bear the brunt of
big crashing waves,
(Much like the kid who misbehaves)
Washed up garbage, wreckage and life in despair
(Much like the kids who feel they belong nowhere.)
Beaches provide food and shelter for life above and below.
Where each rolling wave is a lesson bestowed
A Beach is a place where water forms the shores.
(Like the experiences given to those who enter Brannan’s doors)
High tide or low tide beaches are there.
Changing and growing with the life in its care.
We thank you SBMS for being
the ones who teaches
Kids of all kinds, who are washed upon your beaches.
We thank you for protecting them both good and bad.
We thank you for nurturing them both happy and sad.
We thank you for preparing them for the next measure.
You will always be a memorable Brannan Treasure.

Students are like a piece of sea glass,
Sharp and pointed when thrown into the sea.
Teachers are like the waves and sand,
Smoothing out the rough edges and tossing it about.
When its edges are less sharp and rounded down,
The weaves wash it up on the beach of the world
Where someone else can pick it up,
And take it on a totally new adventure.
Thank you Sam Brannan teachers and staff
For giving us this chance.
You helped us set sail on the ship of knowledge,
And now we can go anywhere.

The Teachers at Sam Brannan are unbelievable, fantastic, and so many other
caring names. They are so helpful to me. I didn’t believe that I would ever
meet teachers like this at Sam Brannan.
Mrs. Purcell is an awesome principal. The smile that she puts on her face
just makes me come to school every single day. I am going to miss Mrs.
Purcell when I go to high school. I will never forget Mrs. Purcell as being
my middle school principal.
The teachers are so kind. The teachers act as if we are their own kids. The
teachers will do almost anything to help us get a good grade on almost
anything that we need. They work hard to keep us focused and understand what
they are trying to teach.
So in conclusion, I am going to miss the staff members here and I will
always love Mrs. Purcell as being my middle school principal.
I will never forget Sam Brannan and the Staff Members.
