Cheerleading: Cheerleading is an athletic activity which supports our
sporting and robotics teams and promotes school pride. This activity is a
unique combination of athleticism, entertainment and student leadership. Our
club meets every day except Friday. During our meetings, we work on team
unity, dance and cheer. Additionally we have rigorous conditioning and
strength training sessions. We participate in rallies and spirit activities
and root on our teams at home games and tournaments! Check out the

Ashland, Oregon Field Trip
The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is a Brannan tradition. It is open to both
7th and 8th grade students. We take a chartered bus for a three day trip in
May and stay at the dorms in Southern Oregon State University. We see two
plays (one Shakespeare and one contemporary) and attend four
university
|
theatre classes. Before we go, we study the play we will be seeing for that
year. This trip is a culminating activity for the 7th grade study of the
Renaissance Period in history and the literary study of Shakespeare in
Language Arts. Many students have so much fun in 7th grade, they attend
again in 8th.

processing. The library is staffed by a fulltime, credentialed Library Media
Teacher with experience teaching students from the elementary level through
the university level. Students are supported with their classroom
assignments in the library by the current reference resources and research
models and structures. Many projects are enhanced through the co-planning
and co-teaching of lessons and units by the classroom teachers and the
Library Media Teacher. Students are exposed to quality literature during
