What do I do when my child is sick?
Call the attendance office at 382-5902 as soon as possible. When returning to school, your child will need to go to the attendance office to get a re-admit form to show their classroom teachers.
How do I enroll my child at Will C. Wood?
Bring whatever paperwork you may have from your child's last school (especially health records you may have) and bring to Will C. Wood Attendance office.
What kinds of afterschool programs do you offer?
Will C. Wood offers soccer and basketball as well as a variety of tutoring and clubs.
What is the school dress code?

What is the school make-up policy?
Make up policies vary from teacher to teacher. Please contact your child's teacher for their policies.
What if my child has property taken away by a teacher or administrator?
In the case of electronic items, the child's parent or guardian will need to come to the school office to personally retrieve the item. Personal electronic items are distracting to the learning environment.
What time is my child supposed to be at school?
On a regular school day, school starts at 8:15 and lasts untill 2:16
On minimum days, school starts at 8:15 and lasts untill
12:15
What if my child gets sick at school?
You will be contacted at the number you provide on your child's emergency card regarding your child's illness.
