Our class is preparing for Benchmark 3 testing and the Trilogy Field trip on the last week of March, before Spring Break. Benchmark 3 language arts and math will cover what we have learned in the last 2 trimesters. The Trilogy fieldtrip will consist of a movie at the IMAX Theater, Capitol tour, the Star workshop, and a tour at the California Museum of History, Women, and Arts. Students will bring a sack lunch to eat at the Capitol. The cost for the entire trip (all admission fees, bus fare, popcorn and drink cost at the IMAX) will total $18 for each student and $20 for each adult. Please send the money and permission slip to class by Friday, March 19th. We will need 8 chaperones for this trip, so if you are interesting in chaperoning please contact me to check to see if space is available.
